Each year, over 50 million Americans—including millions of Catholics—experience mental health challenges that require professional support. Yet many struggle to find that professional support that honors both their psychological needs and their Catholic faith.

Catholic Christian integrated psychotherapy is different. It integrates evidence-based clinical practices with the richness of Catholic anthropology—recognizing the human person as a unity of body, mind, and soul, created in the image of God.
